Frusa Aprofirei Obituary

Frusa Aprofirei, age 82, of Las Vegas, passed away on Friday, April 21, 2023. She was born on January 22, 1941 in Negreni, Romania and had lived in Clawson, Michigan and Voluntari, Romania before moving to Las Vegas more than 10 years ago. The pillar of the Aprofirei and Comanescu families, she enjoyed cooking and taking care of her family. She was preceded in death by her husband: Ion and sisters: Anna and Aurelia. Survivors include her daughter Kat (Nick) Comanescu; grandson: Tudor Comanescu and sister: Elena Neagoe. A graveside service will be held at St. Mary Romanian Orthodox Cemetery in Grass Lake, Michigan. In lieu of flowers, contributions on Frusa's name to St. Jude's Children Research Hospital.
