Frank O. Riggs, age 79, of Harpersville, Alabama passed away on Sunday, May 7, 2023. Frank is survived by his wife, Sharon Riggs; his sons Chris Riggs (Betty Jo) and Randy Riggs (Theresa Freeman); his sisters Nancy Bruington (Steve) and Robin Morin (Jon Clark); his grandchildren Andrew Riggs, Austin Riggs, Alex Riggs, Blaise Riggs, Cory Kee, and Luke Kee and his great grandchild Mattie Kee. Frank was preceded in death by his father Frank Riggs and his mother Virginia Riggs; his sister Jan Kosub.
