Kevin Edward Andreason of Boardman, OR was born July 28, 1951 in Blackfoot Idaho, the son of Lester (Rex) Andreason and Lucille (Susie) Perrenoud. He passed away peacefully in Boardman, Oregon on June 8, 2023 at the age of 71. Kevin lived in several towns in his youth as his dad worked construction. He moved to Arco, Idaho during his Junior High days and attended Butte County schools. In 1964 at the young age of 13 he met Patricia Ann Keller and a few years later they were married on October 25, 1969 in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Kevin and Patricia (Patty Ann, Pat) relocated to Winnemucca, NV for a short time and moved to Boardman, OR in 1973. Kevin was a proud Union member of IBEW (Local 112) with 44 years of service. He spent many of his working years at the Coal Fired Generation Plant in Boardman as an Electrical Foreman/General Foreman. He is survived by Patricia, his wife of 53 years; his children, Matt (Linda), Marc (Erin), Megan (Josh) Reeve; six grandchildren, Tyler, Kylee (Lane) Sale, Rileigh, Ryne, Seth, Sawyer; one great grandchild, Rhett; his mother, Susie Perrenoud, and brother, Lester (Lec). He was a generous man, often lending a hand to others on various electrical home projects over the years. He was known by family for his excellent BBQ talent, most notably his ribs and secret sauce. He was very meticulous in all he did and had an inventor's mind! Kevin (Grampy) supported his grandchildren by attending their sporting events and other extracurricular activities. He enjoyed an occasional Budweiser (Bud heavy) and spending time in the outdoors hunting and fishing. Family suggests memorial donations be made to Vange John Memorial Hospice Education Fund- 645 West Orchard Avenue, Suite 500, Hermiston, OR 97838 A private family celebration will be held.
