Graveside funeral services for Frances Connell Moody, age 90 will be held at 10:00 A. M. Monday, June 27, 2022, at Salem United Methodist Church Cemetery. Rev. Bobby Hutto and Rev. Johnny Jackson will officiate. Mrs. Moody was born February 24, 1932, in Toomsboro, Georgia She was the daughter of the late Leonard Armistead and Lenoie Mercer Connell. She was also preceded in death by her husband's Dr. Robert Edgar Rigsby and Benjamin Franklin Moody, and her daughter, Patti Rigsby Till. She was an Office Assistant for Dr. Robert Edgar Rigsby She was a member of the Eastern Star. Mrs. Moody passed away Monday, June 20, 2022, at Fairview Park Hospital. Mrs. Moody is survived by her 2 sons, Mike Rigsby of Dublin, and Eddie Rigsby of Fountain Inn, SC; a brother, Edward Connell of Toomsboro; a sister, Shirley Fountain of McIntyre; 7 grandchildren, Justin Rigsby, Jennifer Lo, Daniel Rigsby, Timothy Rigsby, Sarah Wenger, Rebecca Petty-Neal, and Leah Edwards, and great grandchildren, Lillie, Ella, Jacob, Victoria, Aiden, Hadden, Ashlyn, Jase, Rielyn, Owen, Brenna, Cameron, Collin, Judah, Selah, and Bennett. The family will receive friends from 5:00 P. M. until 7:00 P. M. Sunday, June 26, 2022, at the funeral home. Stanley Funeral Home/Dublin Chapel has charge of arrangements.
