Frances Liguori Obituary

Frances M. Liguori, 86, of Niles, passed away on Sunday May 7, 2023 at her residence. She was born April 6, 1937 in Youngstown the daughter of Stanley and Anna Dymora Kaglik Sr. Frances was a 1955 graduate of Youngstown South High School, and was employed for six years as a secretary in the Dieticians office at St. Elizabeth's Hospital. She was a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Parish in Niles, enjoyed baking, reading, embroidery, and spending time with her grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by her husband Fabian Liguori whom she married April 15, 1961, three daughters, Theresa Liguori Thompson of Girard, Ann Liguori Majecic of Howland, and Michele Liguori of Niles, and three grandchildren Anthony Belica, Maria Thompson-Konscol and her husband Kevin, and Vince Belica. She was preceded in death by a brother Stanley W. Kaglik Jr. , and two son-in-laws, Jerry Majecic and Thomas Thompson. Friends may call Wednesday from 5 to 7PM at the Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles where The Mt. Carmel Bereavement will conduct prayers at 6:30PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11AM Thursday at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church in Niles. There will be no procession from the funeral home and friends are kindly asked to go directly to the church. Burial will be in Niles City Cemetery.
