He moved to Lequire Oklahoma in the late nineteen seventies where he finished his high school education at Kinta. He lettered in baseball and basketball at Kinta. He graduated from Kinta in 1980. He decided he wanted to play football again and even though Kinta did not have a team and he had not played in several years he decided to walk on at NEO in Miami. He Loved the Minnesota Vikings, the Minnesota Golden Gophers and the Minnesota North Stars, but nothing could hold a candle to the Boston Celtics, professional wrestling and any sport his beloved Oklahoma Sooners playing. His true passion was the youth in Stigler and surrounding communities.
