He loved every minute of it and always did it with a smile on his face and love in his heart. The impact he had on the children he mentored cannot be overstated. His patient guidance and commitment to nurturing their skills helped instill in them not just a love for the game but also valuable life lessons in teamwork, perseverance, and sportsmanship. Whether it was time spent at the lake fishing, doing yard work, tinkering on a project with his dad in the shop or just watching the stars, outside is where he could be found. These serene moments allowed him to connect with nature's beauty and find peace amidst life’s challenges. He also enjoyed cheering on his favorite team, the Dallas Cowboys, with enthusiasm and unwavering loyalty. Above all, his family was his greatest source of pride and joy. Anytime you talked to Forrest you were sure to hear him bragging about his boys and all that they have accomplished.
