Floyd L. Huston, 84, of Conneaut passed away Tuesday April 23, 2019 at Ashtabula Medical Center. He was born August 6, 1934 in Conneaut, Ohio. He was the son of Howard and Mildred (Graves) Huston. Floyd served in the US Army before being honorably discharged. He worked and attended South Ridge Baptist Church in Conneaut. Floyd enjoyed gardening and farming. Survivors include his wife, Eleanor (Maurer) whom he married May 23, 1960; children, Steve Huston of Conneaut, Karen (Jonathan) Pulaski of Double Oaks, TX, Mike (Debbie) Huston of Monroe Twp., and Bonnie (Brad) Fralic of Humble, TX; nine grandchildren and three great grandsons and one on the way; sister, Lida (Milton) Maurer of Kingsville. He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Doris Huston and Eldon Huston. Funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Saturday April 27, 2019 at the South Ridge Baptist Church, 924 Center Rd., Conneaut, with Rev. Dr. Roger Hogle, Pastor of the church officiating. Calling hours will be held from 4:00-7:00 PM Friday at the church. Burial will take place in South Ridge Cemetery. Contributions may be made to South Ridge Baptist Church.
