Evelyn Hurlbut Obituary

Evelyn was born August 13, 1940 in Sterling, CO to Alice and Paul Northup. She was the eldest of seven children. She moved to Phoenix, AZ where she met and married her husband, Bob Hurlbut on July 3, 1960. Bob brought to the marriage three children; Becky, Cindy, and Carey. From their union came Clarrissa (Carlos) Garza and Craig (Wynona) Hurlbut. The family moved to Boise in 1971 where she worked many jobs, until joining HP in 1970. She worked there for 25 years retiring after the death of her husband. Mom loved spending time with her family, camping and gardening. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Bob, sisters Maxine (Bob) Crandall and Pam Northup, brother Sonny (Pat) Northup, grandson John, and her dog Buffy. She is survived by her brothers Sam Northup and Rick (Dora) Northup, her sister Pat Owens, her children, Clarrissa (Carlos) Garza and Craig (Wynona) Hurlbut, grandchildren Elizabeth, Jennifer, Josie, Josh, six great grandchildren, and her dog Princess Bella.
