Eva Corrinne McClung, 77 of Hoxie, passed away June 20, 2022, in the St. Bernard's Medical Center in Jonesboro. Born December 30, 1944, in Paragould, daughter of the late, Jack and Maudie Morgan. She was a loving wife, mother, and friend to many. She worked as a Custodian and Bus Driver for the Walnut Ridge Public School System for thirty-six years; she was the first female Bus Driver in Lawrence County. Eva enjoyed gardening, bird watching, painting, collecting gnomes and angels, and reading the Bible. She is preceded by her parents; her two husbands, Jim Collier, and Joe McClung; one son, Dewayne Collier; a sister, Wanda Johnson; and three brothers, Ralph Pierce, Jack, and Harold Morgan. Survivors include her daughter, Krystle (Jo) McClung of Hoxie; two sons, Sean (Kim) and Chris Collier all Walnut Ridge; a stepson, Tommy Lee McClung of St. Louis, MO; two grandchildren; three great grandchildren; two brothers, Bert, and Royce Morgan both of Paragould; three sisters, Ellen Wilcox, and Mary Charles both of Paragould, and Dawn Michelle Harris of Drummonds, TN; and many other relatives and friends. Graveside service will be Friday, June 24, 2022, at 2:30 P. M. in the Linwood Cemetery in Paragould with Jack Charles and Bro. Jeffery Stokes officiating. Pallbearers will be her family and friends.
