"Aver que sueno"Eva Cabrera, age 65, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 27th, 2023,in her home surrounded by her loved ones. She was born to a Catholic family on April28, 1958, in la Capilla de Guadalupe, Jalisco, Mexico. Her parents, Vicente Sepulvedaand Celedonia Cabrera, had eight children, with Eva being the fifth-born child. She wasa loving daughter, sister, aunt, grandmother, but most of all, an amazing Mother!Since a very young age, Eva had been a dedicated and hard worker. With her husband,they opened two small but successful shops in their hometown of Mexico. After a fewyears, they decided to pursue bigger dreams and a better future for their children andmoved to the United States of America. Beyond working tirelessly for her family, Evaloved music. She always sang her favorite songs, listened to her favorite CDs, and evenplayed the guitar for her church's choir in her youth. Eva further showed her creativitywith her amazing seamstress abilities; her children always came to her to help fix theirclothes for important events such as orchestra concerts or job interviews. Mostimportantly, Eva was a woman filled with love for her family. She never missed theopportunity to play and joke around with her children and grandchildren. Eva is survived by her husband, Florentino, and her six children, James, Javier, Viviana,Eva, Vicente, and Sandra. Florentino and Eva had nine grandchildren whom they lovedand cared for greatly: Aimee, Alex, Isabella, Ian, Amaya, Janeth, Sofi, Diana, andAzahara. May her soul rest in eternal peace. Lawrence D. Padilla, 67, of Pueblo Colorado, passed away December 2, 2023. He is preceded in death by his mother Maria (Mollie) Gonzalez, his father Arcenio Padilla, his brother Louis Padilla, and his brother-in-law Sal Garcia. He is survived by his beautiful, loving wife of 19 years Margaret Gallegos-Padilla, his daughter Sharayah (Brandon) Stucke, his step children Desiree (Sergio) Ramirez, Leon (Vince) Santillanes, Felicia (Sheanna) Santillanes, and Christopher Santillanes, his siblings Mary (Alex) Tafoya, Pat Garcia, Gerald (Rhonda) Padilla, Frank (Colleen) Padilla, Archie (Norma) Padilla, and Judy Wildman, his grandchildren Aja Ramirez, Desiree Ramirez, Estrella Ramirez, Sergio Ramirez, Chris Santillanes, and two expected granddaughters Brynlee and Kynzlee Stucke, grandpa's twins. As well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was a caring husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, etc. He enjoyed cooking, especially his famous green chili and the turkey for Thanksgiving feasts, making people laugh, watching The Walking Dead, and watching the Denver Broncos every Sunday win or lose. He will be sadly missed by all who loved him. He will always be remembered for the wonderful person he was and for helping others out. A viewing will be held Thursday, December 14 at Angelus Chapel, time to be determined. AURORA RAIGOZA AUTOBEE, Sunrise June 19, 1927; Sunset, December 6, 2023. Born in Pueblo, Colorado and preceded in death by her husband, Joseph M. Autobee, Aurora is survived by her loving family: Children: Dr. Thomas Autobee (Betty), Jeanette Garcia (Patrick), Sharon Urrutia (Rennie); grandchildren: Mike Autobee, Melissa Roehr, Andrea Trujillo (Tony), Michelle Lisac (Brad), Desiree Autobee, Kristina DeHerrera (Joven), Alicia Cappis (Royce), Joseph Garcia (Kayla), Stefan Garcia (Brooke), Anthony and Stephanie Urrutia and great grandchildren: Zane Roehr, Capreese and Jace Lisac, Neal and Zadie Autobee, Remi and Audri Urrutia, Zoey and Olivia Trujillo, Sofia Gonzales, Rylee Cappis, Theodore and Kennedy Garcia and Luke Garcia. Sister-in-law Stella Raigoza. Aurora had a wonderful extended "Squeaks" because of her love for conversation that she often "squeaked" out words in her excitement of sharing. Aurora was a medical secretary most of her career, but also worked at Gart Brothers and Convergy's until she retired to help provide childcare for her grandchildren. Aurora loved watching her children and grandchildren in school activities and sporting events, taking trips to Cripple Creek, and vacationing with family and friends, particularly on trips with Joe to Air Force Reunions in Europe and across the United States. Spending time in the family cabin, fishing, and playing cards and the piano were favorites along with attending Lozano-Raigoza family reunions every two years hosted by cousins in different states. Mrs. Autobee was one of the co-founders of the Autobee Club with Joseph along with other couples to keep the history of this historical family alive. She was a member of St. Leanders Catholic Church helping with church festivals for decades and most recently, Holy Family Catholic Church. She was a member of Eagles No. 145, the Latino Club, the ERO, the Pueblo County Historical Society where she served as secretary with Joe for many years and volunteered often at Irving Elementary School. Special thanks for mom's caregivers who provided compassionate care and companionship and enabled her to live at home until her peaceful passing, especially Dominique Garcia, GeoAnne Naranjo, Aeron Scotland, Katelyn Arizaga, Helen Martinez, April Lira, and so many others. Bernice Darlene Martinez-Escobar gained her wings and went home to Jesus on December 2, 2023, at age 60. She was born to Margarita Silva and Leroy Martinez on November 18, 1963, in Denver, Colorado. Bernice was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, aunt, sister, niece, cousin, and friend. Bernice was preceded in her death by her beloved mother, Margarita Silva, God's parents, Mary Jane Trujillo, and John Trujillo, and her grandson Angelo Reyes. Bernice is survived by her husband Alfredo Escobar-Olguin, her children Amber Heguy, Gabriel Martinez, Christopher Escobar-Martinez, and Margarita Escobar-Martinez, her grandchildren Nydia Reyes, Orlando Reyes, Jayciano Escobar, Nikki Nieto and Emiliano Mascarenas, by her twin sister Bernadette Marquez-Pena, sister Wanda Venegas, and brothers Bryan Silva, David Martinez and Valentine Martinez, her nieces Angelica Cruz-Martinez, Nicole Martinez, Elizabeth Martinez, Amelia Martinez, Isabella Martinez, Cassandra Venegas, and Lenna Rae Duran and her nephews Herardo Venegas, Taylor Venegas, Jesus Martinez, David Martinez, Josias Martinez, son-in-law Orlando Reyes-Avianeda, sister-in-law Tammy Allmer and brother-in-law Everardo Venegas, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who all loved her dearly.
