Obituary of Eugenia Bailey Eugenia Ann "Susie" Bailey Clarksdale, MS Eugenia Ann "Susie" Bailey, 78, a retired Bookkeeper at John Montgomery CPA in Tunica, Holmes and Howell CPA in Clarksdale and Walter Thompson Law Office, passed away February 12, 2019 at Northwest Mississippi Medical Center. Visitation is Saturday February 16, 2019, 9:00 - 10:00 A.M. at Meredith-Nowell Funeral Home in Clarksdale, MS. Funeral services are 10:00 A.M. Saturday at Meredith-Nowell Chapel in Clarksdale, MS with burial in the Oakwood Cemetery in Tunica, MS. Meredith-Nowell Funeral Home in Clarksdale, MS is handling the arrangements. Susie was a member of Oakhurst Baptist Church. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who enjoyed reading, cooking and watching sports. Survivors include her husband of 38 years Lee Bailey of Clarksdale, MS; daughter Suzanne Davis (Scott) of Tupelo, MS; grandchildren Taylor Perkins, Cassie Perkins and Joseph Davis and great-grandchildren Conner, Colton, Cameron and Harper. She was preceded in death by her parents Robert and Ruth Sullivan Carithers. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the Tunica Humane Society.
