Obituary of Ethel MacLeod MACLEOD - Ethel R. (nee Mackey) Of South Buffalo, NY, entered into eternal rest February 2, 2019. Dearest mother of Donald J. (Debra) and John A. (Kathleen) MacLeod; grandmother of Daniel J. (Megan), Anthony and Julie MacLeod; great-grandmother of Kayleigh, Riley, Campbell, Anthony, Jr., and Noah MacLeod; daughter of the late Joseph and Ruth (nee McNaughton) Mackey; sister of Arlene (late Jack) Egloff, William (Carol) Mackey, and Ruth (late Jack) O'Leary; also survived by nieces and nephews. No prior visitation. Family and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church (First Ward), 115 O'Connell St., Buffalo, NY, Saturday, March 9, 2019 at 10 AM. Mrs. MacLeod was employed as an RN at Buffalo State Hospital, Mercy Hospital, and was a member of The Hibernian Sisters.
