Eric Mcfarland Obituary

"Eric Alan McFarland, age 40 of Poland passed away April 19,2023 surrounded by loved ones after his long term journey with cancer. He was born in Portland on July 1,1982 the son of Kathleen Bragdon and Alan McFarland. Grandson to Wayne and Donalene Nelsen. Eric worked at Hannaford Warehouse in South Portland, where his coworkers became part of his family, as well as, a huge part of his support system. Eric loved snowboarding, riding on his Harley, and time spent at the gym. Most important to him was his son and his family. Whether being a phone call, holiday get together, or one of our weekly family dinners, time spent with his family was always his top priority. Eric\u0027s huge heart and amazingly positive personality made him impossible not to love. Truly an inspiration. Eric is survived by his son Bruno McFarland, step daughter Emerson Shaffer, fiance Kelli McFarland, sister Sasha. His brothers Tyler, Christopher, Anthony, Sage, and Steven. Along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and countless friends. Visiting hours will be held at Dolby Blais \u0026amp; Segee, 434 River Rd. Windham, Maine. On Wednesday, April 26, 2023 1pm-3pm, with a funeral service beginning at 3pm. Celebration of life afterwards at Sasha\u0027s home.
