Enriqueta V Hernandez was born in Epejan, Michoacan, Mexico on May 20,1936. She passed away peacefully on September 8, 2023. Enriqueta worked as a farm laborer as a young woman. She was always wanting to try to do new things. She applied to Windigo Mills and worked there until the plant closed. She applied to Del Monte Foods Company and worked there until she retired. Enriqueta met Gonzalo F. Hernandez and married him in Reno in 1958. They had 5 children. She is preceded in death by her husband Gonzalo, her daughter, Irene Riojas and son Eddie Hernandez. She is survived by her daughter Sally Adney & husband Allen, son Albert Hernandez, daughter Alice Parrish & husband Jeff and Irene's husband, Leonard Riojas. She had 9 grandchildren, Allen Adney, Allyson Adney-Garcia (Jonathan), Benjamin Parrish, Anthony Parrish, Michelle Parrish (David), Alexandra Cabral (Joe), Elizabeth More, Theresa Gervin (James) and Andrew Riojas. She was blessed with 5 great grandchildren, Meiah Parrish, Henry Cabral, Luis Cabral, George Cabral and Juniper Gervin. She is also survived by her loving dog, Brownie. Visitation for Enriqueta will take place on Friday, September 22, 2023, from 4:30 -6:00pm at Whitehurst McNamara Funeral Home, 100 W. Bush St. Hanford, CA. A Rosary will begin at 6:00pm also at the funeral home. Funeral Mass will be on Saturday, September 23, 2023, at 9:00am at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 10435 Hanford-Armona Rd, Hanford, CA. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery. Debora Ann Harris, fondly known as Mrs. Debbie, peacefully transitioned from this life to eternity in her Hanford, California home on November 19, 2023, at 9:30 pm. Born in St. Louis, Missouri, she was a beacon of love and strength to her family and community. She was the devoted wife of Robert Harris and the nurturing mother of Kenna, Kory, and Bernadette Harris. Her legacy lives on through her cherished grandchildren, Aaliyah and Harmony Harris. Debora's deep familial connections included her father Nathaniel and her brothers Julius, Tyrone, Carlos, and Gary. She is reunited in eternity with her mother, Delores Heavens, and her sister, Beverly Thomas. Her love extended beyond immediate family, embracing numerous nieces and nephews whom she held dear. Her educational journey began at Sumner High School, culminating in her graduation in 1970. Beyond formal education, she found God and lived a saved life since 1973. Her hunger for spiritual growth led her to pursue various biblical classes and trainings, reflecting her unwavering faith. Known for her nurturing nature, she dedicated herself to children, teaching Sunday School classes at church(es) and volunteering in classrooms. She eventually became a beloved yard supervisor in her local the school district. Her love for children was boundless and evident in her every action. At New Light Apostolic Temple, she served tirelessly as a teacher, preacher, usher, and in any capacity required of her. Her commitment to her faith was unwavering, and her boldness in sharing her love for Christ was inspiring to all who knew her.
