Sabrina Roberts

Age - 56

October 28, 2023

God blessed the world when Sabrina Roberts was born on February 21, 1967 in Houston Texas to Ella Pickney and the late Anthony Walker Jr. She was a happy young girl growing up in Houston Texas, where she attended Grissom Elementary. She had a warm and welcoming upbringing. Growing up in the Hiram Clarke area, Sabrina attended Dick Dowling and Madison High School. While in school she met her Jr High and High School sweetheart Kenneth Roberts and, in that union, she bore three children, Kenneth Jr, Brenisha and Cynetra. Sabrina started her career working at St. Luke's Hospital in the early 90's. She started off in Dietary where she met and kept in touched with her friends till this day. Sabrina knew her calling was to help others so she applied to become a Patient Care Assistant then transitioned to the 9th Tower of St. Luke's. After some years, Sabrina was offered a promotion to become a PCA II and moved to the 20th Tower where she left a positive impact on the patients, staff and guests. She has given St. Lukes over 20 years and in those years started long lasting friendships, great work memories and more. Sabrina loved family and friends. Although she was not the party type, she didn't smoke, didn't drink, didn't curse, but loved to be the center of attention in family gatherings. She would love to plan reunions, get togethers, birthday parties and bring lots of custom and fun homemade games. Till this day you can picture Sabrina giving away prizes even if you lost the games. Sabrina was the person that you just couldn't say no to. She was always a selfless person and put others before herself. With that being said Sabrina always wanted to pass on knowledge and business opportunities that you probably received a text, email or phone call to join a business opportunity. She joined so many businesses that from those she became "The Picture Lady". After a long tiresome event, Sabrina had a way of getting everyone together to take a photo and record a video. She loved to capture family moments and establish great memories. She was heavily involved in her children's life from the time they were born until their adulthood. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren Amari, Nylah, Ariah, and Journie. They would spend the night at her house and she would wake up and make those thin pancakes and call everyone over for breakfast. There was never a dull moment with her. She started working part-time jobs working as a Licensed Security Guard. She actually enjoyed it. She has met many celebrities such as the Houston Astros, Houston Texans, Harlem Globetrotters and more. She even met Beyonce in 2023 at the Reliant Center in Houston Texas. Sabrina left a positive and lasting impact on everyone she touched even if she just met you once. She kept a smile on her face even during trying times. She was a God-Fearing woman that would pray for you, with you and will give you words of encouragement. She loved to spend time with her friends, when she wasn't with family. On October 9th, 2023 God said it was time to take his Angel home. Sabrina has gone on to be with her father Anthony Walker Jr. , grandson Kai Thanars, Grandparents Felix Comeaux and Wilda Comeaux. Sabrina leaves behind Two Sisters Trina Stepney, Ebony Banks, 3 children Kenneth Jr. , Brenisha Roberts, Cynetra Roberts, 4 Granddaughters, Amari Dunn, Nylah Dunn, Ariah Dunn and Journie Dunn. She also leaves Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces and Nephews and a host of loving relatives and friends.Show more
