Elizabeth Ann Cranford, 65, of Pensacola, Florida passed away September 27, 2023 peacefully at her home surrounded by her family. She was born in Dimmitt, Texas to her parents John and Nancy Cranford on February 21, 1958. She lived in Texas, California, New Mexico, and Virginia Beach for her elementary and middle school years before she began and graduated Woodham High School class of 1976 in Pensacola, Florida. After high school she lived with family in Virginia Beach, Virginia where she met John McLane and in 1989 they had their pride and joy, their only son, Justin Cranford. Elizabeth loved to go Bowling and to play Bunco with her friends and family. She also had a passion for music and dancing. She loved to go watch her favorite bands play whenever she could. She was preceded in death by her father, LCDR John E. Cranford. Elizabeth is survived by her mother, Nancy; and her son, Justin. The family will hold a Celebration of Life at a later date.

Martha Jean Jones Evans left this world in favor of heaven on November 7, 2023 at 1:34 pm. Jean was born on October 11, 1935 in Navarro, Texas and is now reunited with her parents, Mary Velma Reese & James Otho Reese, her brother James Otho Reese Jr and the love of her life husband Jerry Max Jones. Jean is also preceded by her second husband Robert C. Evans. Jean is survived by her pride and joy, daughter Marilyn R Jones (Mary), grandson James Quentin Paulsen (Milissa), great grandchildren Roman Paulsen, Ophelia Paulsen, Maya Pena, Leandra Pena, sister Ann Stone, brother Bradford Reese and numerous nieces and nephews. Jean was a daughter, sister, wife, mother, aunt and friend to many. She never met a stranger. If you meet her you felt her love and generosity. Jean was very involved in a multitude of charities including, but not limited to: Shriner's, Toys for Tots, Wounded Warriors, St. Jude Children's, United Way, Feeding America, Salvation Army, Boy's & Girl's Club of America, American Cancer Society, Special Olympics, Police Funds and more. . . Jean was a christian and participated in the Order of the Eastern Star serving as Worthy Matron. She was also a Realtor gaining success in the "Million Dollar Club" for many years. Jean loved life, God, her family, gardening, traveling, fishing and having a beer! A memorial/celebration of life will be held on December 2nd, 11am, at Bayview Fisher-Pou Chapel in Pensacola, FL. MELINDA STONE LONG Melinda Stone Long, 55, of Navarre, Florida passed away Monday, November 20, 2023, in Pensacola, Florida peacefully surrounded by her family. She was born on April 2, 1968, at Eglin AFB, Florida to Roy V. and Jane Hassler Stone. She was married for twelve years to the late Jeff Long of Jasper, Tennessee. Melinda loved life and was a kind and loving person. She enjoyed spending time with her family, friends and co-workers. She and Jeff were avid sports fans, especially supporting the Green Bay Packers. Melinda graduated from Cashton High School in Cashton, Wisconsin. She studied interior design and graduated from George Stone College in Pensacola, Florida with an associate degree in floriculture. She retired from Hobby Lobby after twenty-three years' service as a District Auditor and Office Manager. Melinda's family and friends will miss her sweet smile and loving presence in their lives. Melinda is preceded in death by her husband, Jeff Long. She leaves all her memories to her father, Roy V. Stone; mother, Jane Hassler Stone; brother, Roy E. (Becky) Stone, nieces and nephews, Katie, Carter, Ryan and Elena Stone of Sussex, Wisconsin; siter-in-law, Carol Dallmann, brothers-in-law Kenneth (Carol) Long and Jim (Claudia) Long. The family will have a visitation on Thursday, November 30, 2023, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm CST at Tate Funeral Home in Jasper, Tennessee. There will be a graveside service on Thursday, November 30, 2023, at 1:00 pm CST at Havron's Chapel Cemetery in Jasper, Tennessee with Pastor Curtis Leaks officiating. Melinda will be laid to rest at Havron's Chapel Cemetery in Jasper, Tennessee on November 30, 2023, immediately following the funeral service. The Pallbearers are Chris Sanders, Barry Long, Todd Tomasson, Chuck Thurman, Geoffrey Wallace and Brandon Hughes.
