Eileen Schippers, 64, of Bushkill Township, formerly of Palmer Township, passed away Friday, June 17, 2022, in Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg. Born August 26, 1957, in Easton, PA, she was a daughter of the late Daniel V. and Dawn (Crago) Cooper. She and her husband, Randy C. Schippers, celebrated their 34th wedding anniversary on October 21, 2021. Eileen was a 1975 graduate of Easton Area High School where she was a member of the swim team. She was last employed by Majestic, Palmer Township. Eileen enjoyed gardening. In addition to her husband, Randy, she is survived by a daughter, Jessica Cooper, of Wind Gap; a sister, Jeanne D. Hunt and her husband Bob, of Bangor; and a niece, Brielle Logan. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a sister, Maryanna Cooper, a niece, Pamela Hunt, and her in-laws, Wilbur and Marion (Peterson) Amerman.
