Mrs. Ninfa Arellano Aguirre, 84, of Snyder, TX, passed away on Monday, February 19, 2024, at her home in Snyder, TX. A Funeral Mass for Mrs. Aguirre will be held on Thursday, February 22, 2024, at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Father Selva Pappu officiating. Interment will follow at Hillside Memorial Gardens. Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home. Mrs. Aguirre was born on June 2, 1939, in Bejucos, Mexico, to Encarnacion and Norberta (Benitez) Arellano. She married Salvador B. Aguirre on May 11, 1957, in Mexico. She was preceded in passing by her love Salvador on September 15, 2018, after 61 years of marriage. Mrs. Aguirre had a love for gardening roses, sewing, traveling, and loved going out to eat with her family. We knew her as a Christmas fanatic, with her house being the brightest on the street for Christmas, and lights that stayed up year round. She was devoted to her faith and to the Catholic church. Mrs. Aguirre was known as "Mamita" by her loved ones, and will be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother. Billy Joe Stephens, 86, of Snyder, Texas, went to be with the Lord on Monday, February 12, 2024. Mr. Stephens was born on June 15, 1937, to Wilburn and Ollie (Mosco) Stephens in Panama, Oklahoma. After marrying the love of his life, Joyce Stephens, on August 31, 1957, Bill and Joyce started Stephens Office Supply & Printing in 1966. Bill was well-known throughout the community for his work ethic and selfless nature. He served and cared for many people throughout his 57 years of owning Stephens Office Supply & Printing. Of much more importance to Mr. Stephens than his business was his family. He was a devoted and loving husband, father, brother, uncle, grandpa, and great-grandpa. While working and after his retirement in 2023, Bill spent most of his time with family. He loved spending time with Joyce, their children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. He attended First Baptist Church of Snyder, Texas. He also enjoyed fishing and trips to the lake. Mr. Stephens was preceded in death by his parents, Wilburn and Ollie Stephens; brother, Wilburn M. Stephens, Jr.; brother, Sam Stephens; sister-in-law, Virginia Fulks; sister-in-law, Anna Stephens; sister-in-law, Kathy Stephens; mother-in-law, Opal Brown; and sister-in-law, Judy Ashley; nephew, Wesley Stephens. Annie Lynn Reedy Baldwin, 88, of Snyder TX passed beyond the veil on Sunday, January 21, 2024, at GoodLife Assisted Living in Snyder, TX. A funeral service for Mrs. Baldwin will be held on Friday, January 26, 2024, at 2:00 pm at Colonial Hill Baptist Church with Dr. Joe Frank Thornton officiating, assisted by Kinney Robinson, Hospice Chaplain. The service will be live-streamed on the Facebook page of Lynn Baldwin. Interment will follow at Hillside Memorial Gardens. Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home. Lynn Baldwin was born on September 5, 1935, in New Orleans, LA to John Raymond Reedy and Annie Laurie (Cockerham) Reedy while both parents were in New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Lynn grew up in Eupora, Mississippi starting piano lessons at age 7, moving to Trinity, TX in 9th grade where she studied piano at Sam Houston State University before graduating from Trinity High School. An alum of Blue Mountain College, Baylor University, and Hardin-Simmons University, she earned BM and MM degrees in piano, leading to post-graduate work at Columbia University in piano pedagogy. Lynn was raised in a dedicated Christian home and was taught that any talent she or anyone exhibited was given by God the Father. It was each person's responsibility not to waste these gifts, but to polish them and give them back to God. She was a lifelong church musician as well as a piano, organ, and theory teacher for 64 years in Snyder before reluctantly retiring in 2021. In true Southern fashion, her door was always open. Lynn loved her students and dear friends as much as her own family. As a mother, she taught us a strong work ethic, love for Jesus, love for others, love for music, and how to have fun. Her laughter was contagious. Lynn is survived by: Husband, Darold Baldwin Daughter, Laurie Reed and husband Jeff (2) Stepdaughters B'Linda Bethel Phyllis Zimmerman (5) Grandchildren Ginny Anderson Wayne Zimmerman Blake Barbee Brock Barbee Avery Duke-Bethel (3) Great Grandchildren She was preceded in death by her son, Charles Forrest Bethel and cherished friend, Elizabeth Potts.
