Doreen Kise Obituary

KISE, Doreen H. , age 85 of Oscoda, formerly of Flint, passed away on April 21, 2023 at Ascension St. Joseph Hospital in Tawas, Michigan. A funeral will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at the Sharp Funeral & Cremation Center located at 6063 Fenton Road, Grand Blanc. Visitation will be from 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM Wednesday at the funeral home. Mrs. Kise will be laid to rest, at a future date, at the Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, Michigan. She is survived by her beloved husband of 57 years, Ralph, Niece, Cheryl (Rick) Barnes of Howell. Doreen (Parks) Kise was born on December 12, 1937 in Columbiaville, Michigan to the late Ralph and Dorothy Grace (DuScharm) Parks. She was married to Ralph Kise on March 5, 1966 in Clio, Michigan and she went to work 30 years as a Senior Accountant for General Motors. Doreen was active in the American Legion, 40 / 8 and LaFemms and she and Ralph enjoyed their adventurous travels around the world.
