Doreen Hart-Gibbons Obituary

Doreen H. Hart-Gibbons, 75, of Bridgeton, NJ, passed away on Wednesday, April 19, 2023. Doreen was born in Bridgeton to Harding and Peggy Hart on July 12, 1947. She attended high school at Bridgeton Senior High. She worked at Bridgeton Dye, Jamesway, Kimble Glass, Bridgeton Public Schools, and as a Black Jack dealer for Playboy Casino. She enjoyed walking, casinos, and her grandchildren. Doreen is survived by her husband, Sammie Lee Gibbons, of Bridgeton; three children, Tracy Harris, Brian Hart, and Michael (Nina) Harris; siblings, Janice Lang, Cecil, and Gary Hart; grandchildren, Anthony Benjamin, 3rd, Kenon Street Jr. , Bashir, Candice, Sade Hicks, Kassan Tull, Raven and Jordan Harris, and Malakii Hart; stepchildren, Valerie and Sammie Gibbons Jr. She was preceded in death by; her parents, Harding and Peggy Hart, and brothers, Ronnie and Perry Hart, Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 27, 2023, at 12 PM, with Albert Beverly officiating. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 11 AM to 12 PM prior to the service, burial will follow at Fernwood Memorial Park, 794 Shiloh Pike, Bridgeton.
