Joe's charismatic personality, dedication to customer service and fair sense of business practices made his business a success. Always a salesman, he enjoyed the interaction with customers, forging many friendships with local families and other businesses. Retiring in 2000 gave Joe the time to enjoy his hobbies, which included going to and competing in car shows, traveling to Boston Red Sox games, and pursuing his passion for advanced trumpet lessons.
