Dianne Shjegstad Obituary

Sioux Falls, SD ~ Dianne Barbara Shjegstad, age 76, went to her heavenly home on Sunday, April 23, 2023. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM on Thursday, April 27, 2023 at Abiding Savior Free Lutheran Church in Sioux Falls, SD. Her family will be present to greet friends for visitation on Wednesday at George Boom Funeral Home & On-Site Crematory in Sioux Falls from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Grateful for having shared her life are her husband, Wayne Shjegstad, Sioux Falls, SD; three daughters, Beth (Chad) Bornhoft, Sioux Falls, SD, Sara (Brad) Peterson, Sioux Falls, SD and Brinn (Derek) Watson, Maple Grove, MN; six grandchildren, Miranda Bornhoft, Meghan Bornhoft, Noah Peterson, Matthew Peterson, Lily Peterson and Luke Watson; one brother, Marvin (Loretta) Entringer, Mission, TX; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Dianne was preceded in death by her parents, William and Virginia Entringer; two brothers, Dale and Gerald "Bud" Entringer; and two sisters, Judy Barker and Shirley Larson.
