Dian Hess Obituary

Hess, Dian Alma, MI Formerly of Romulus, MI Age 75, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 9, 2023 with her family by her side. She was born on August 29, 1948 in Romulus, MI to Albin and Viola (Weinkauf) Hanson. On August 18, 1979, in Milan, MI she married the love of her life, Randy Hess. Dian enjoyed gardening, working on the farm and her four boys. Her family was her life. She is survived by her husband Randy Hess; her sons, Norman Gondek, Roger (Christina) Gondek, Timothy (Robyn) Gondek, Patrick (Lori) Gondek, Randy Hess Jr. , and Timothy Hess. Also survived by 17 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and 3 sisters, Adonna McNamee, Lorraine Hipkins and Tamara Weiscaver. She was preceded in death by her parents and four brothers. Visitation will be held at the Ochalek-Stark Funeral Home, Milan on Friday, September 15, 2023 from 9:30 A. M. until 11:00 A. M. with a funeral service being held at 11:00 A. M. with Pastor Matt West officiating. Burial will take place after the service at Marble Park Cemetery.
