Pamela Jane Preble passed away on March 1st 2024 at the age of 73 after a long hard-fought battle with cancer. She was born in Albuquerque New Mexico on January 9th, 1951, she was the daughter of Willis and Fay Luman both of whom preceded her in death. Also preceded in death by her loving husband Bill Preble, two sisters Ladonna and Vicky, two sisters-in-law Kathy and Jeanette. She leaves to cherish and continue her legacy one son, Billy and wife Misty, 4 granddaughters Shae, Lilly, Adi and Paizley Jane. One daughter Heather and husband Charlie, two grandsons Levi and wife Johnna, Dakota and wife Lauren one great grandson Killian Jameson. Also survived by four brothers Donald, Ronnie, Wayne and Gerry Dan and two sisters Johnnie and Terry and numerous nieces and nephews and cousins. Pam started working at the age of 14 for Del Rancho and Dons Drive In, shortly after high school she went to work for Southwestern Electric and through numerous name changes finally retired at the age of 51after 31 years with them. Not sitting around for too long she found herself working seasonally for Wal Mart and ended up staying there until January 2022 at the age of 72. Pam loved spending time with her grandkids and great grandchild, she loved to paint just about anything, especially the lake house where many summers were spent with family and friends. JoAnne Dean, age 79, passed way on February 28, 2024, at her home in Moore, Oklahoma, surrounded by her husband and two daughters. She was born September 22, 1944, to Ruby Grier and Shelton Coats in Oakland, California. Throughout her life, JoAnne never met a stranger and made everyone feel welcome – like they were part of her family. She enjoyed being a mother more than anything else in life; gardening; watching her TV with David at night; animals; playing cards with her friends; having family celebrations; and hearing daily stories from her grandkids and great-grandkids. She touched the lives of many with her kindness, humor, advice, and love. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, David; her two daughters, Shelley (and spouse John Madden), and Tracy (and spouse Wade Gourley), and her “honorary daughter”, Carol McFarland and her mom, Ann Thompson (JoAnne’s best friend of 57 years), and her “honorary son”, Tony Purvis. She was devoted to her grandchildren: George Madden (and Cari), Matthew Madden (and Luksana), Denise Brown, Brandon Gourley, and Alyson Gourley. She had 7 great-grandchildren, whom she adored. Her favorite quote was by Maya Angelou, “I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” She will be dearly missed by all and we will hold her in our hearts forever.
