Dennis Diggins Obituary

Our guardian Angel "Danny" has gone home to Heaven Dennis Randal Diggins "Danny" 75, of Chula Vista, California passed away on September 6, 2023 at home - Born on September 10, 1947 in California he was the oldest of four children, the Son of Mary Gober and Theodore Diggins. Danny was an entrepreneur he dabbled in many different trades and was constantly coming up with something new to try his hand at. When Danny was younger he enjoyed playing and coaching softball, and riding horses. Danny enjoyed camping, fishing, and boating. He liked traveling and seeing new places. And we all know Danny enjoyed the night life. He loved going to the movies and watching movies at home too. He was very good at trivia games he had a great memory. He loved old 80's & 90's rock music. In his later years he loved spending time with his family, watching movies or just visiting even on the phone when he couldn't be with them. He will be remembered for the loving Dad and wonderful grandpa he was, for all the good times he shared. His laughter and love of a good time, for always keeping in touch, for his love of all babies, for the love, friendship and kindness he shared with so- many. Danny is survived by his children, Dora, Angela, Danytte, Dana, Honey and Beau, and 11 grandchildren, 1 brother Ted and numerous other family members and friends. He is preceded in death by His parents, Theodore and Mary, his sister Jeanie and brother Marty and nephew Danny. A visitation with the family will be held on Saturday October 14th from 4pm- 5pm. Memorial Service will follow at 5:00 pm at Community Mortuary, 855 Broadway, Chula Vista, CA 91911- Final resting place will be at The Golden Cemetery in Golden, Colorado.
