Delilah Winebarger Anderson, age 73, of Morganton passed away Monday, May 8, 2023 at UNC Blue Ridge Hospital. She was born September 28, 1949 in Baltimore County, Maryland to the late Clyde and Ruby Henry Winebarger. Survivors include one son, Sheldon Mann, and one daughter, Kelly Houston.
