Delia Foster, 64, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away on Monday, June 20, 2022 at Meritus Medical Center. Born November 6, 1957 in California, she was the daughter of the late Simon and Mercy (Carnella) Dominguez. She loved to cook and dance. She cherished time with her grandchildren. Delia is survived by six sons, Paul Dominguez, Eric Foster, Bernard (BJ) Foster, Jon Anthony Carillo, Horacio Adame, and Angel Adame; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Melinda Wilson. The funeral will be held at 7pm on Friday, June 24, 2022, at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd. , Hagerstown, MD. The family will receive friends at the funeral home two hours prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to defray funeral expense.
