Dawn M. (DiFrank) WhiteDaughter of the late Edward and June DiFrank originally from Buffalo NY. She was married to the late Donald B. White and was daughter-in-law to the late Donald and Grace. She is the sister of the late Ronald DiFrank and is survived by her brother James (Linda) DiFrank, brother-in-law David (Jean) White, sister-in-laws Jamie (Dennis) Smith and Mary White. She is also survived by her four children Christine (Douglas) Barone, Matthew (Jamie) White, Sarah (Scott) Hager, and Jessica (Luke) Fulton. She is survived by many nieces and nephews along with her twelve grandchildren that she prayed for daily and was very proud of: Maria, Lydia, Josiah, Isaiah, Liam, Addy, Arianny, Ethan, Anna, Lilly, Shekinah, and Eli. While Dawn had many notable achievements in her lifetime, which could be elaborated on, none is comparable to her achievements as a wife, mother, and grandmother. Family life was the center of her life. She truly lived and finished her time here on earth with the same dignity and faith which she instilled in her children throughout her years. Dawn was married to Don for 35 years. Such deep love was witnessed between them! Dawn gave Don one of her kidneys in 2004. As her health began to decline, she anticipated with joy being reunited with her dear husband, Donnie!Dawn began homeschooling in 1989 and continued in this work for 18 years. As a homeschooling pioneer, she made it clear that instilling faith alongside education was a priority to her. She worked tirelessly within the home. She enjoyed encouraging everyone, within her care, to be everything they were meant to be. Her example encouraged many others to pursue what is most important in life (faith in God and love of neighbor). Loving, kind, cheerful, determined, hardworking, diligent, optimistic, creative, fun loving, hospitable, resourceful, faithful, and truest of friend, are just some of the words which could be used to describe her. Her children rise up and call her blessed. This woman of faith will be greatly missed by all the family and friends who had the privilege of knowing her. Famous Words. . . "I love you lots and forever and that's a very long time. "A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 6:30pm on Friday, September 15, 2023 at Crossroads Christian Church (1050 Girdle Rd. , East Aurora, NY 14052). Dawn has never enjoyed watching cut flowers die. In honor of her, in lieu of cut flowers, please only potted plants or monetary donations to Crossroads Children's Ministry Programs.
