"Lyman, SC - David Randall Warren passed away peacefully at his home on September 3, 2023. He was the son of the late John Norman and Betty Jo Warren and the loving husband of Terri Taylor Warren. In addition to his wife, Dave is survived by his son, Taylor Warren (Grace); his granddaughter, Mallie Ren; his step-mother, Kaye Warren; his siblings, Cathy Sizemore, Robin Floyd (Jeff), Jeff Henderson, and Kevin Henderson; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his brother, John "Corky" Norman Warren, Jr (Debi). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 16, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Living Waters Funeral Home \u0026amp; Crematory. "

"Greer, SC - Wade Stephen "Borehead" Bradburn passed away peacefully on November 21, 2023. Steve was the son of the late Wade Henry and Mildred Hutchinson Bradburn and the loving husband of 51 years to Suzanne Davis Bradburn Steve was born an only child in Baltimore, Maryland in 1943 and opened his own business in 1972. He worked diligently as the owner and operator of Steve's Fuel Service and ran a very successful business. He was a member of Northwood Baptist Church and enjoyed spending his free time rebuilding and restoring old cars, fishing, watching NASCAR and cheering on his favorite football teams. Steve was known for his humor and seemed to have an endless supply funny jokes and heartwarming stories. He was genuinely kindhearted and will be deeply missed. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Ryan Bradburn (Jared) and Kylie Bradburn (James) and one grandchild, Josh Bradburn. Steve is preceded in death by his black lab, Deanna, whom he loved tremendously. A memorial service will be announced at a later date. The family would like to send a heartfelt thank you to the staff at Greenville Post Acute and Wren Hospice and a special thank you to Joy and Chandra for the love and care given to Steve in his time of need. Steve was blessed during his time at Greenville Post Acute with a wonderful roommate that felt like a long-lost family member; Fred Raines - thank you for your companionship. "Martha A. Hall passed away peacefully at home on November 14, 2023. Born in Helen, Georgia on December 26, 1935, Martha "Mott" was the youngest daughter and last surviving child of the late Lizzie Underwood Allison and Dillard Z. Allison Sr. Mott was preceded in death by her three sisters, Mrs. Geneva Daniels, Mrs. Inez Leonard and Mrs. Lucille Malone and her brother, Mr. Dillard Z. Allison Jr. Mott was the namesake of her maternal grandmother, Martha Hollingsworth Underwood. Mott was married to the late Carl Theodore (Ted) Miller, III and raised her two children Marsha J. (Mark) Eberhardt and Richard C. (Brenda) Miller in Duncan. Ted preceded her in death, and she later married Ronald W. Hall and continued to live in Duncan. Mr. Hall passed away in 2019. Surviving Mott are her children, son-in-law and daughter-in-law, two grandchildren, Dr. Josh (Rebecca) Eberhardt and Zachary Eberhardt, and one great-granddaughter, Philomena Eberhardt. Mott is further survived by her brother-in-law Larry (Patti) Hall, and sister-in-law Lucy Wood, dear nieces Elizabeth (Ted) Wingo and Susan M. (Marty) Taylor along with other beloved family and friends. Anyone who knew Mott loved her and called her a friend. Her positive outlook on life and determined spirit was an inspiration to her family and friends. She will be so deeply missed. A memorial visitation and service will be held at a later date. "Eulala Watson Pace, 95, of Lyman, went to be with her Heavenly Father on Sunday, November 12, 2023 at NHC of Greenville. Born October 16, 1928 she was the daughter of John Watson and Ruth Hatcher Watson. She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Adger William Pace, her parents, sisters Marian (Sally) Wellman and Kathleen (Kathy) Bridwell and a brother, Rev. Choice E. Watson. She is survived by a daughter, Reba Snow and her husband, Dean of Reidville; a son, Paul Watson Pace of Lyman; two grandsons; Jeffery Scott Snow and his wife Amanda of Reidville; Kenneth Wayne Snow and his wife Amanda of Reidville; two great-granddaughters, Sierra Griffin of Reidville and Kendra Leigh Petty of Moore; a great great granddaughter, Kinley Elise Petty of Moore; a sister, Martha Cannon and her husband, James of Lyman; a sister-in-law, Lavada Casey, of Lyman; loving nieces and nephews, and a very special extended family member, Dr. Patricia Crawford of Greenville and John Joseph of Lexington. Mrs. Pace was the manager of Lyman Federal Credit Union until the merger with Founders Federal Credit Union. She enjoyed a career in the Credit Union Movement where her positive impact was recognized on local, chapter, state and national levels. Recognitions and honors include: Twice named Woman of the Year by the Piedmont Chapter of Credit Unions, South Carolina Manager of the Year by the South Carolina Credit Union League, twice given the S. C. Political Action Award for leadership on the State and National level, Credit Union Leader of the year by the Piedmont Chapter. The National Credit Union Administration Award, its highest recognition, was awarded to Mrs. Pace for outstanding leadership in the Credit Union Movement. The American Biographical Institute chose Mrs. Pace for inclusion in the 1973 and 1974 editions of Personalities of the South. Her biography was also included in the International Biographical Works of Cambridge, England. Mrs. Pace's leadership contributions include: Manager of Lyman Federal Credit Union, Vice-President of Founders Federal Credit Union, President of Piedmont Chapter of Credit Unions, President of South Carolina Managers association, President of South Carolina Executive Society, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the South Carolina Credit Union League, Chairman of the State Legislative Forum, Representative of Liberty/Ellis Island Restoration Foundation on behalf of credit unions. In addition to her career activities, she found time to be involved in civic and charitable endeavors. She previously served as President of Lyman Elementary PTA of Lyman Elementary School and on the District Five Council. She was active in the Lym Anns Club and was twice named Lym Ann of the Year for her outstanding contributions to this charitable club. Mrs. Pace was a member of the planning committee for "Breaking Bread for Jesus, Inc. Soup Kitchen. " She, along with others, saw a need to serve and feed those in need, prayed for God's will and guidance and then went to work to do God's will. She worked diligently to secure funds and was a part of many fundraising projects. The soup kitchen brought much joy and many blessings into her life and it always remained very close to her heart. Thank you, Gale and Ron Eanes, for giving Eulala the opportunity to serve her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ and to help feed His sheep. The Prayer Room in the soup kitchen is named in honor of Eulala Pace. Her interest in her profession of banking inspired her to take advantage of a multiplicity of education opportunities including the Southeastern Credit Union School which she attended at Oglethorpe University in Atlanta and the University of Georgia in Athens. She graduated in 1972. Prior to the merger of Calvary Baptist Church and LifeSong Church, Mrs. Pace was a charter member of Calvary Baptist Church and had previously served as WMU Director, Acteens Director, Treasurer, Sunday School Teacher, Choir Member, Church Hostess and served on numerous committees. She has continued to diligently dedicate her time and talents to programs and activities of LifeSong Church. It can truly be said that Eulala Pace deeply loved her family friends, community, LifeSong Church and indeed this great nation. She truly made a positive impact on the people and places she loved. She will be missed in many ways and many places. The family will receive friends at the visitation on Tuesday, November 14, 2023 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Living Waters Funeral Home \u0026amp; Crematory, 529 Spartanburg Hwy. S. , Lyman, SC 29365. The service will be held on Wednesday, November 15, 2023 at 1:00 PM at Living Waters Funeral Home \u0026amp; Crematory officiated by Pastor Jeff Hickman and Pastor Tim Lyda. "Greer, SC -- Georgia King Ross, affectionately known as \u0026quot;Granny\u0026quot; by her family, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, October 26, 2023. A loving wife, mother, and grandmother, she continuously served her husband and family. She was an avid cook and baker and lavished her family and friends with the finest foods and desserts. Everyone looked forward to \u0026quot;Granny food. \u0026quot; She also loved to make ceramics, crafts, and scrapbooks, making many cherished projects. She always went above and beyond to show love to her family and friends. A faithful, Godly woman, she was a member of Ingleside Baptist Church where she was a member of the Seniors Sunday School class and was previously a Children\u0027s Sunday School teacher. Mrs. Ross was born in 1939 in Kenvir, Kentucky. She was the daughter of the late Simon and Claudie King, and the loving wife of Marvin Ross for the past 63 wonderful years. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Debra Ross, and Ricky Ross and spouse Susan; her grandchildren, Dustin Ross and spouse Anna, and Caroline Davis and spouse Codi; her sister, Joanna Vandergriff; her brothers, Floyd King, and Clarence King; her God-children, Michelle Pope, Kelly Pope-Black, and Arnie Pope; her sister and brother-in-laws, Randi Scholl, Bucky Ross, and Ernest Ross; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her siblings, Janice, Curtis, Jesse, Sylvester, Henry, and Simon Jr. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 31, 2023 from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM at Ingleside Baptist Church; 19000 Asheville Hwy, Landrum, SC 29356; with the service beginning at 2:00 PM.
