David W Payne, 62, of Olney, passed away on Friday, February 1, 2019 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes, IN. David was born on October 11, 1956 in Flora, IL, the son of Earl Ediwn and Famie Pearl (Gray) Payne. David grew up in Clay City and moved to Salem. In his younger years he enjoyed fishing and Classic Rock music. David is survived by his sister, Earlene (Dave) Cunningham of Olney; Nephews, Jason (Shana) and Aaron; Great-niece, Avalyn; Great-nephew, Donovan. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, February 16, 2019 at Bible Fellowship Church in Olney. Cremation Rites were accorded.
