He is survived by his girlfriend Abigail Scrrano of Toccoa, Georgia, son Abel Garcia of Toccoa, Georgia, daughter Hazel Garcia of Toccoa, Georgia, mother Rufina Garcia of Hillside, New Jersey, brother Rafael Garcia of Lawrenceville, Georgia. The family will receive friends on Friday May 12, 2023 form 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm at the funeral home.
