Dannie Lee Davis, Sr. "Grumps" age 73, of Jacksonville, FL passed away on Sunday, April 14, 2019. He was born in Spartanburg, SC but was a lifeling resident of Jacksonville, FL. He is survived by his son, Dannie "Lee" Davis, Jr. (Julie); granddaughter, "Boo" Sarah Dannielle Davis; sister-in-law, Kathy Tillman (Terry); niece, Lisa Marie McClean (Joe); nephew, T-Bo Tillman; and other loved ones: Charlotte Land, David C. Davis, and Christopher C. Davis; and his dog, Fluff. He is predeceased by his wife, Diana Mae Davis. A viewing and visitation will be held Wednesday evening, April 24, 2019 from 5:00 until 7:00 PM at Jacksonville Memory Gardens, 111 Blanding Blvd, Orange Park, FL 32073. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, April 25, 2019 at 2:30 PM at Jacksonville National Cemetery, 4083 Lannie Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32218.
