Danielle Bunten Obituary

Danielle Nicole "Dee" Bunten, 42, of West Main St. , Port Ewen passed away unexpectedly at home Wednesday, April 19th, 2023. She was born in Kingston, N. Y. on June 12st, 1980, a daughter of Daniel and Sue (Spinnenweber) Bunten of Port Ewen. Dee was employed as a veterinarian technician for various veterinary animal hospitals in the local area, and was always willing to help friends and relatives with their pets, including nail clipping. She enjoyed horses and horseback riding, and had many pets, including dogs and cats. A motorcycle enthusiast, Dee looked forward to her annual visit to the Americade in Lake George, NY. She loved to dance and socialize. Visits to her family's summer home on the Hudson River was her place of serenity, a place where she would relax and reminisce about family, past and present, and the many happy memories of days gone by. Dee loved children, especially her niece and nephews, who she absolutely adored. In addition to her parents, Dee is survived by one sister, Stacia (Stephen) Hudler of Port Ewen, one half-sister, SarahLee Hewitt of Port Ewen, and Dayton Robert Harper of Rosendale who she considered her brother.
