"Daniel Howard Wages, 63, of New Milford, PA, left us for his heavenly home on September 10th, 2023. He is survived by his loving wife, Katherine Plevinsky Wages, sons Frederick and Mitchell, daughter Kelsey (Andrew). His mother Doris Wages, sister Susan Adamec, brother-in-law Martin (Claudia) Plevinsky, sister-in-law Karen (Robert) Shaver. Also his \u0026quot;too stinkin\u0027 cute\u0026quot; granddaughter, Khloe and his \u0026quot;give me that baby\u0026quot; grandson Jameson Daniel. He is also survived by nieces and nephews Christine (Todd) Wolfe, Katherine (Paul) O\u0027Neill, Meghan (Derek) Brooks, Elizabeth (Brian) Parr, Stephanie (Tommy) Adamec, Damon (Melonye) Henry, Cassandra (Raymond) Fenner, Brooke (Gage) Piechocki, Christopher Plevinsky. Great nieces and nephews Jacob, Gavin, Jacqueline, Sylvia, Henry, Celia, Damon Jr. , Tanner, Nataya, Zoee, Joseph, Michael, Wesley. He was predeceased by his father Fred, brother-in-law Robert Adamec, sister and brother-in-law Laura and Joe Brooks, brother-in-law and sister-in-law Joseph and Mary Plevinsky, and great nephews Joshua and Tyler. Daniel was born July 28, 1960, to Fred and Doris Wages. He graduated from Blue Ridge High School in 1979, signing an early enlistment on the Buddy System with his best friend, Roger Stonier. He enjoyed a career serving his country in the Air Force, taking an early retirement after almost 17 years. The family moved back to New Milford because Daniel and Kathy wanted to raise their children near extended family and friends. Daniel started a second career with the U. S. Post Office, in Montrose before transferring to New Milford and retiring in 2019. He loved spending time with his family, hunting with his children, and fishing with Alanna. During his childrens' Triplet\u0027s career, he could be found announcing in the tower being heralded as \u0026quot;The Voice of the Triplets\u0026quot;. Daniel was well known as Mr. Fix-it, even if it meant three trips to the hardware store or several calls to unsuspecting friends for help who always answered. In his retirement, he enjoyed traveling to Hawaii, Florida, and Maine, and visiting various loved ones along the way. He will be sorely missed by his Wednesday Morning Breakfast Club. He served the Lord he loved at the First United Methodist Church in New Milford, serving as Lay Leader for many years which placed him on most committees. Daniel was the delegate to the Annual Conference for many years. He also taught Junior High Sunday School and led the Junior High Youth Group for eight years. He was co-founder of the Feed My Sheep food pantry which he served for many years. Viewing hours will be on Thursday, September 14th from 5pm to 8pm at Tuttle-Yeisley Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at the First United Methodist Church in New Milford on Friday, September 15th at 11am. Donations in his memory can be made to Feed My Sheep or the Building Fund at the First United Methodist Church located at 69 Pratt St New Milford, PA 18834. "

"R. GARY MILLARD R. Gary Millard, 68, of New Milford, PA was reunited with his son, Timothy, in Heaven on December 2, 2023. Gary is survived by his beloved wife of 47 years, Judith; his children, Ryan (Amie) Millard, Misty (Frank) Susavage, Adam (Ashley) Millard, Rachel Millard and Eric, Jillian Millard, and Alexandrea Millard and Cameron; 20 grandchildren; and a great grandchild; sisters, Marcia Kutz and Joyce (Bill) Moser; a brother, William Millard; and several nieces, nephews, and extended family members. He was predeceased by his brother, Charles Millard; his niece, Bethany Millard. Gary was a graduate of Mountain View High School, class of 1972, growing up in Harford. He earned an Associates Degree in Aviation Mechanics. Gary, along with his wife, owned and operated Millard's Deli in Lakeside for five years. He was a tool and dye maker for General Dynamics Land Systems, Eynon, PA until he retired in 2021. He enjoyed playing pool, watching the NY Giants and the Phillies play, and is infamous for his chicken bar-b-que. Gary was a social member of the V. F. W. in Lenox Post # 8488. He was respected by everyone, easily made friends, and was known for his open door, welcoming anyone who needed him. He was selfless when it came to his family. He took great pleasure in raising his children, and especially watching his grandchildren's activities and events. His love for his wife was evident daily in the care and concern he showed. He is survived by his beloved wife of 44 years, Terry; his children, Nichole Cole, Amanda Sorondo, Christopher M. Frailey, Simon (Ashley) Frailey, and Tommy Young; grandchildren, Jocelyn Cole, Paisley Frailey, Elijah Cole, Coraline Frailey, Aiden Frailey, and Lenora Sorondo; siblings, George Peter (Cheryl) Frailey, Matthew (Terri Bixby) Frailey, Eileen Folk, Elizabeth (Richard) Storr, George Frailey Jr. , and Rita Frailey; sisters-in-law, Renate Frailey and Patricia Frailey; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, George Sr and Elese Frailey; two brothers and a sister, Mark Frailey Sr, Robert Frailey, and Lorrie Frailey; nephews, Eric Bixby and Richard Frailey Chris graduated from Blue Ridge High School and Ridley Lowell Business School. He worked in Retail, ending his career with Ames. Chris was an avid gardener and a fan of Tina Turner. Chris had a unique sense of humor and a generous spirit, showing kindness and love to everyone he encountered. He and Terry were honored to have 58 loved foster children in their home over the years. Family was a priority to him throughout his life. Always orchestrating visits with his parents, siblings, children and later on his pride and joy, his grandchildren. Chris held a special place in our family and leaves behind wonderful memories. The family will greet friends on Thursday, November 30, 2023 at the Tuttle-Yeisley Funeral Home, Inc. from 3-6 p. m. "JOHN A. BRIGHAM John Alfred Brigham, 68, of New Milford, PA after a fierce and courageous battle rode off smiling on his Harley through Heaven's gates on August 26, 2023. Born on August 31, 1954, the son of the late Robert Kenneth and Mabel Marie Aiken Brigham. He attended Mountain View High School in Kingsley, PA. He served in the US Marine Corps. He was then employed and retired from Master's Ready Mix Concrete after 34 years. He was also predeceased by his three brothers and a sister, William K. Brigham, Michael H. Brigham, Chester Brigham, and Susan Brigham. He is survived by his daughters, Kaye-Marie J. Brigham (John Fedourich) of New Milford, PA, Danielle E. Brigham (Edward Kalaf) of New Milford, PA, Becci Howe (Frank Eder) of Great Bend, PA, and Mindi L. (Jim) Carr, of New Milford, PA. His grandchildren, who were the lights of his life and called him "Papa Johnny," Emalee, Aleks, Cassidy, Cameron, Kelsi, Ella, Xavier, and Oakley; his special granddaughter and best friend, Karris; a sister, Marian Louise Walton, of York, PA; many nieces and nephews; and beloved companion granddog, Monty. John enjoyed riding his motorcycle, playing golf, bowling, and driving cross country on many trips he took, usually with his children or grandchildren. But his favorite thing in life was spending time with his family whether it was a quick trip to Maine, early morning breakfasts, cruising, evening dinners at the Hibachi restaurant where he always insisted on paying, late night poker games, very early morning coffee dates while sitting on the deck, and the many, many shopping trips. He was always up to make time for each and every one of them. We couldn't have asked for a better Dad and Papa, lovingly known as "The Legend" and "The King of Random. " The family wishes to express their deep appreciation to Dr. Mullen (UHS), Dr. Harris (Broome Oncology), and their teams. As well as his nurse, Emma from Hospice of the Sacred Heart.
