Dallis Borden Chandler entered into rest on June 19, 2022. She was born in Miami, Florida to her parents, Eddie Ashley Borden and Claudene Elizabeth Bush Borden. She is survived by her two children, Kathleen Chandler of Lake Worth, Florida and John Chandler of Tampa, Florida.
