Curtis Eugene Blair, 45, of Parkersburg passed away unexpectedly April 24, 2019. He was born September 7, 1973 in Bryan, Ohio the son of Curtis and Debbie (Newland) Blair of Parkersburg. Curtis was an avid fisherman and hunter. He enjoyed football, especially his WVU Mountaineers and Parkersburg South Patriots. He was a 1991 graduate of Parkersburg South High School. In addition to his parents, he is survived by 1 sister Angie Hutson (Mike) of Mineral Wells; 5 sons Joshua Blair (Jamie), Nathaniel Blair (Brittany) both of Mineral Wells, Devin and Tyler Blair of Sistersville and Gavin Blair of Parkersburg; 1 grandson Gabriel Blair; 1 granddaughter Kenzlee Blair; 1 nephew Michael Hutson; 1 niece Aleea Hutson; several other family members and friends. Funeral services will be Sunday, April 28, 2019, 2:00 pm at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg, WV, with Pastor Jimmie Cox, officiating. Visitation will be Sunday 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm.
