Corbin Catlett Obituary

PORTSMOUTH- Corbin Wilson Catlett, 80, passed away on Friday, April 21, 2023. He was born on November 1, 1942 in Portsmouth, Virginia to the late, Harvey Joseph Catlett and Margaret Wilson Mosley. Corbin retired as a Police Lieutenant for the Downtown and Midtown Norfolk/Portsmouth tunnels. He was a member of Portsmouth Masonic Lodge No. 100. He is survived by his wife of over sixty years, Rose Willoughby Catlett; brother-in-law, Cliff Willoughby and his wife Jill; nieces, Kelly Coke and her husband Ron, and Donna Willoughby; nephew, Steve Willoughby; and many other family members and friends. A funeral service will be held at 1 PM on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at the Sturtevant Funeral Home Portsmouth Blvd Chapel with Pastor Jeff Walton officiating.
