Our deepest heartfelt condolences to all the family and friends. May she rest in peace. Robstown, Texas Consuelo Portales Flores, 99, went home to be with our Lord on June 14, 2022. She was born on March 13, 1923 in Gonzales, Texas to Jose Portales and Ignacia Rodriguez. She was a Catholic, a homemaker and a longtime resident of Robstown, Texas. Consuelo was a loving and caring mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend who will be dearly missed. She goes home to the Lord to reunite with her parents; her husband, Armando Flores, Sr. ; her daughter, Victoria Pineda; and her siblings, Joe Portales, Andrew Portales, Josephine Ramirez and Lupe Valdez. She leaves to cherish her memories to her children, Armando (Rachel) Flores, Jr. and Josephine (Juan) Flores Vargas; her siblings, Mary Badillo, Ofelia Turner, Rachel Cantu, Rebecca Caceres and Carlos Portales. She was also blessed with eight grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. A rosary will be recited at 7pm on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at Ramon Funeral Home Chapel in Robstown, Texas. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10am on Wednesday, June 22, 2022 at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Robstown, Texas. Burial will follow at St. Anthony's Cemetery in Robstown, Texas.
