Constance Jo Norris, 70, of Beech Grove passed away on April 13, 2019. Constance was born on August 17, 1948 in Beech Grove, IN to George W and Nancy Joan (Roberts) Campbell. After graduating High School she went on to be a FInancial Consultant with Emerich Furnature. Constance is survived by her son, James R. Monaghan; her daughter Dawn Herrera; her brother Charles W. Campbell; her granddaughters Heather Monaghan, Megan J. Hill, and Patricia Hemphill; her grandson Christopher Lee Tarter; her great-grandchildren Elizabeth Joan Vargas, Gloria Michelle Vargas, Thomas Marshall Tarter, and Olivia Nicole Monaghan. Constance is preceded in passing by her parents, George and Nancy Campbell.
