Caroline Anne Moyers, age 51, of Maryville, Tennessee passed away on Friday, February 16, 2024. Caroline loved many things camping, lounging by the pool, cooking, and baking, but above all she will be remembered for her kind soul and her love for her family. She was preceded in passing by her beloved sister, Caitlin Wyatt; father-in -law, William Moyers. Caroline leaves behind to cherish her memory loving children, Michaela, Ellen, Connor, Ireland; parents, Richard and Ellen Wyatt; siblings, Kathleen (Alan) Bieniek, Susan (Chris) Holman, Colleen (Mike) Wyatt, Richard (Candice) Wyatt, Bridget (Jason) Kramer, Meghan (Michael) Faxel, Erin (Joseph) Wyatt-Elenteny, Patrick (Amy) Wyatt; grandchildren, Charlotte, and Gabriel, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends. June Long McCulley, age 91 of Maryville passed away February 19, 2024, at her home. She was a member of Monte Vista Baptist Church where she was a member of the choir. She worked as a Teacher’s Aide in the Blount County School system until her retirement. She was preceded in death by her parents, Linton and Ruth Long; sisters, Gerry (Ralph) Easterday and Betty (Fletcher) Lowe.She was survived by her husband of 72 years, James E. McCulley; daughter and son-in-law, Debra and Mike Edwards; grandson, Brett (Lori) Edwards; great-grandchildren, Graham Edwards and Keegan Edwards; brother, David (Cheryl) Long of Alabama; several nieces and nephews.A special thanks to the Blount Memorial Hospice and special hospice nurse, Amy Ellis.The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 PM, Thursday, February 22, 2024, at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home and the funeral will follow at 2:00 PM by Dr. Greg Heisler. Rebekah Dawn (Pitts) Burnette was born on February 9, 1987, and passed away on February 15, 2024. She leaves behind her daughter, Skyler Burnette, age 12; dad, Johnny Pitts; mother, Wanda (Woodruff) Pitts; brothers, John and Hunter; sisters, Julie and Susan; niece, Christina who was her same age and her friend forever; other nieces and nephews whom she adored equally; many aunts, uncles, cousins and so many friends.Beka loved life and kept us laughing. She struggled with addiction for many years which caused her much pain and loss. No flowers are requested but in her honor donations to your favorite charity or rehab facility are encouraged.A receiving of friends will be held at Rocky Branch Missionary Baptist Church Fellowship Hall on March 2nd, from 2-3 PM to offer condolences. No funeral will be held but her siblings are planning a scattering of cremains at a later date to honor Beka’s good days. She was dearly loved.

Janice Elaine Lemery peacefully passed away in the arms of her Savior at the age of eighty two on February 16th, 2024 in Maryville, Tennessee. Janice retired in 2004 after thirty years as a sales associate in Saint Petersburg, Florida. Janice was a member of Pasadena Community Church in South Pasadena, Florida. Janice enjoyed arts and crafts, reading, and puzzles. Most of all Janice loved spending time with her family and she always put her loved ones first. Janice was a beloved sister, daughter, mother, and grandmother. Janice was preceded in death by her parents Mildred and Hayden Child as well as her husband Raymond Lemery Sr. Janice is survived by her siblings Lionel Child, Barbara Turcott, Marylin Santos, Claire Almond, Carol Gustafson, and Wayne Child. Janice is also survived by her children Raymond Lemery Jr. and Amy-Jo Van Skyhawk, as well as her grandchildren Willow Van Skyhawk, Cameron Lemery, and Meadow Van Skyhawk. Janice will be deeply missed by her family and all who knew her. A reception of friends and family celebrating Janice’s life will take place on Wednesday, February 21st, 2024 from 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home. Janice will be laid to rest 2:30 P.M. at Carpenters Campground Cemetery in Maryville, TN.

Dwight Ronald (Ron) Bowman of Maryville, passed away Monday, February 12, with his wife of 68 years by his side. Granddaddy joyfully left this earth to live with Jesus and his beloved grandson, Gary Scott Lindsey. He was preceded in death by his grandson, Gary Lindsey, his parents Dwight and Edna Bowman.Survivors include his wife Dora Jean (Dokie), daughters Rhonda Bauer (Jon), Janet Lindsey (Ed), and Laura Myers, granddaughters Kristi Wilson and Loren (Chase) Sliger and sons Gary and Griffin and great granddaughter Kaylee (Jason) Watts and son Brady.Ron attended East High School and graduated from Carson Newman where he met his wife, Dokie. He then attended Wake Forest Seminary. Ron enjoyed anything outdoors and spending time with family and his church. He was a dedicated family man who was passionate for others to know Jesus. He was a very active member at Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church where he taught Sunday School for over 50 years. He planned hikes and outings for the 55 and Alive Group until he was unable to do so. He hiked many miles throughout the Smokies and the Rockies as well as anywhere he visited.The family will receive friends at Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church on Thursday, February 15 at 3:00 followed by a service at 4:00. Burial will be Friday at 10:00 at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery. To honor Ron’s love for national parks and outdoors, his wish was for those in attendance to wear a Smoky Mountain/National Park/Hiking t-shirt and jeans to his service. No suits or ties.In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Ron’s name to Tennessee Baptist Children’s Homes, P.O. Box 2206, Brentwood, TN 37024.
