Collin Andrew Lay, 22, of Rio Grande City, Texas passed away on Monday, December 26, 2022. Collin was born in Everett, Washington on August 19, 2000. He loved to laugh, sing and worship. Collin is survived by his loving parents Angela & George Norwood of San Angelo; one brother: Robert Lay, Jr. of San Angelo; 3 stepsisters: Candace Garza of Odessa, TX, Trina Westbury of Odessa, TX, and Brittany Westbury of McCamey, TX. Also surviving Collin is Robert Lay, sr. and his maternal Grandparents: Susan & Bruce Forester of Sequim, Washington. Other survivors include his aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Church services will be held on Saturday, January 07, 2023 at Parkside Community Four Square Church located at 3024 Freeland Ave, San Angelo, TX 76901.
