Colleen Parker Jones, 56, of the Beaverdam Community passed away on Monday, June 20, 2022, at Mission Hospital. A native of Haywood County, she was the daughter of the late Glenn Pegram Parker and Marie King Parker of Canton. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her sister, Loretta Gail Parker. A 1984 graduate of Pisgah High School, Colleen was employed for 20 years with the Mission Hospital System. Colleen was a lover of animals and an avid birdwatcher. She attended Rocky Face Baptist Church. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband of 20 years, Randy Jones; daughters, Sabrina Carver of Clyde, Amanda Jones of Clyde and Tianna Jones of Waynesville; son, Dustin Jones and his wife, Destiny of Canton; sister, Kathy Hoglen and her husband, Neal of Canton and four grandchildren, Aryanna, Tayleigh, Raylynn and Emma. A memorial service will be announced in the near future. .
