COL. (Ret) Robert Dean Garrison, 88, of Fayetteville passed away on June 12, 2022. He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Jane Garrison of 62 years; and one son, Captain Robert Dean Garrison, Jr. He is survived by two sons, Rodney Garrison of Albany, NY and Ronald Garrison of Mt. Pleasant, SC; three grandchildren, Robert Dean Garrison, III, Caroline Jane Garrison and Anna Garrison; three great grandchildren, Colten, Robert (Tripp) and Talon. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 25th at 2 pm in Hope Mills United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to be made to the Hope Mills United Methodist Church, 4955 Legion Road, Hope Mills, NC 28348.
