Chuck found his passion for horses and horse racing as a teenager when he started going to the race track with his uncle Robert McCoy. He could often be found in the company of friends at the racetrack when he wasn't at home. Chuck was predeceased in death by his parents, Roy and Flossie Dobbins and his sister Beatrice Rogers. Chuck is survived by his wife Linda, brother Kenneth Dobbins, sister Barbara Walker, daughter Laura, son Chris and his three grandchildren Wil, Ian, and Addisyn. There will not be a celebration of life service as Chuck chose for his family and friends to remember him as they knew him- full of life, at the racetrack playing the ponies or bragging about his children and grandchildren.Show more
