Cindy M. Fitts, 63, of Exton, passed away on Monday, December 26, 2022 at her residence, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Keflavik, Iceland on January 31, 1959, she was the daughter of Eugene Martin Felegy of Downingtown and the late Engilrad Gudmundsdottir Felegy. Cindy worked as a caregiver in home health care. She frequently attended services at Brandywine Grace Church in Downingtown, and she was a very proud sponsor of her child David from Nicaragua through Compassion International. Cindy liked to shop, and always managed to find a good deal. She enjoyed cooking, and most of all, spending time with her family and friends. Surviving in addition to her father are her children Edward Fitts IV, Brandon Fitts, husband of Elizabeth, daughter-in-law Jennifer Fitts; grandchildren Cameron, Arial, Brielle, Noah and Daphne; sisters Linda Felegy and Coralee Yost; brother Gene Felegy; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son Daniel J. Fitts, sister Gina Gilken and her very special dog, Dexter. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at 10 am at Brandywine Grace Church, 40 W Pennsylvania Avenue, Downingtown, PA 19335. Visitation will be from 9 - 10 am prior to the service at the church.
