Christopher Walters Obituary

Christopher "Big Dog" Martin Walters, age 49, passed away Friday, May 5, 2023 in New Bern, NC. Christopher was born March 4, 1974 in Robeson County to the late Aytch Weldon Walters and the late Gail Locklear Walters. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Mary Rozier Paul Walters. He leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Cheryl Smith Walters of the home; one son, Christopher Robert Walters (Brittany) of the home; one daughter, Hannah Walters (Tyleke) of Orrum, NC; two brothers, Gary Walters (Tonya) and Aytch Alan Walters (Ola) both of Lumberton, NC; three grandchildren whom he adored, Ray Ray, Rayonna, and Carliemarie; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family members and special friends.
