James “Jim” K. Tutt, 78, of Canton, passed away on Saturday, February 17, 2024 at Red Oak Estates in Canton.He was born on May 31, 1945 in Rushville to James H. and Mary (Green) Tutt. They preceded him in death.He married Karen Williams on September 11, 1966 in Canton. She survives.Also surviving are his children, Kim (Bobby) Anderson of Canton, Brian (Nicole) Tutt of Canton, four grandchildren, Nick (Megan) Anderson, Samantha Anderson, Kaitlynn Tutt and Emily Tutt.Jim graduated from the Logan Chiropractic College in St Louis in 1967. He worked for Caterpillar Tractor Company in Peoria as a Chemist retiring after 37 years of service. He was a longtime member of the Canton Elks Lodge #626 and served on various board positions. Jim would always enjoy a good day of washing and polishing his cars in his driveway followed by some front porch sitting and relaxing. (Camdon) Davis. She married Robert Stout on May 19, 1966, in Plano, IL.  He preceded her in death.  Throughout her life, Janet found joy in simple pleasures and dedicated herself to serving others. An accomplished seamstress, she poured her talent into quilting and sewing, creating beautiful pieces that brought comfort and warmth to many. Her compassionate heart led her to volunteer extensively within her church, where she shared her skills by teaching the ladies of Mount Carmel Baptist Church how to sew dresses for missionary missions. Janet's generosity knew no bounds as she also played a vital role in organizing Christmas shoeboxes for children overseas, spreading joy and love during the holiday season.Later in life, Janet embarked on a new chapter, moving to Hawaii with her son and son-in-law, Luke and Patrick. There, she continued her mission of service as a Deacon at EWA Community Church, touching the lives of the congregation with her unwavering faith and devotion.Janet is survived by her children, Robert (Roxanne) Stout of Squires, MO, William (Kristi) Stout Grand Ridge, IL, and Lucas "Luke" (Patrick) Stout of Clearwater, FL; a brother, Leroy Davis of Princeton, IL; grandchildren, Richard R. Stout, Robert R. Stout, III, Samuel Stout, Rachel (Austin) Moran, and Dan Stout; along with one great-grandchild.  Along with her husband, Robert, she was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Gerald, John, Larry, and Garry Davis; and sisters, Mary Lou Harms and Gloria Cook.  Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 20, 2024, from 9:00 am until the time of services at 11:00 am at the Mt. She survives along with three sisters; Penny Ferris-Quick of Johnston, IA, Christy White of Mt. Vernon, OH and Jill Ferris of Gig Harbor, WA, mother-in-law Nancy Foster, sister-in-law Joanne Foster, brother-in-law John “Shannon” Foster, two children, three grandchildren and fur babies; Josie and Sophie. Dave was preceded in death by his father, nephew John Quick and grandparents Roy and Ida Symmonds.He was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church, UAW #974, Masonic Lodge for 41 years, American Legion for 29 years and 40/8 for 10 years. Dave retired from Caterpillar after 34 years and later employed by Petersen Health Care for 10 years. He also owned and operated Johnny’s Aluminum. He was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed Hunting, fishing, gambling, and playing bingo. They preceded him in death along with one sister, Patricia (Joseph) Esop.He is survived by his wife Beverly (Pierce) England, whom he married on May 31, 2014.Also surviving are three children, Brian (Celesta) England, Kevin England and Andrea (James) Strode, two step children, Nicholas (Jennifer) Fritz, and Kegan Fritz, and eight grandchildren, Quentin, Harrison, Braden, Olivia, Addyson, Easton, Miranda, and Jaxson.Craig first worked for Farm King in Canton. He then built and owned and operated ACE hardware in canton in the early 90’s and later he retired from Lowe’s in Peoria in 2014. He enjoyed music, drawing, photography, and collecting die cast cars. Craig loved spending time with his family.
