Christopher Tyler Gallew, 26 of Morgantown, WV passed away on Sunday, April 21, 2019. Christopher was born January 21, 1993 in Washington, PA Christopher was a member of the Elkins 7th Day Adventist Church and a US Army Veteran. He loved to build things and always had to have tools in his hands. He loved hunting and fishing. He was an amazing cook and baker. Christopher was very passionate about music. Abigail was the love and light of his life. He is survived by his parents, Susan M. Gallew and Robert E. Gallew Jr. of Greenbank, WV; Daughter, Abigail Gallew of Weston, WV; Girlfriend, Samantha Mclaughlin of Morgantown, WV; Brother, Robert E. Gallew III of Parkersburg, WV; Sister, Crystal Gail Gallew of Raleigh, NC; Aunt, Judy Ann Williams of Covington, VA; Aunt Robin Fernandez of Lexington, NC; and Bobbie Kay Moreno of Raleigh, NC. He is also survived by several half siblings and cousins. Visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, May 3, 2019 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home in Arbovale, WV. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, May 4, 2019 at Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home with Pastor Don Jacko officiating. Burial with Military Rites conducted by the Pocahontas County Veterans Honor Corp will follow at the Arbovale Cemetery. Following the cemetery service there will be a dinner at the Dunmore Community Center for family and friends.
