Chester Williams Obituary

Chester "Chet" R. Williams, age 71, of Imperial Beach, California, passed away on Thursday, May 4, 2023, at Jacobs University of California San Diego Medical Center in La Jolla, California, following a courageous battle against esophageal cancer. Chet was born in Pinehurst, Moore County, North Carolina. He was a graduate of North Moore High School, Robbins, NC, and Appalachian State University, Boone, NC. Chet was predeceased by his father Raymond G. Williams of Robbins, NC. He is survived by his mother Lorraine Fields Williams of Robbins, NC, sisters, Anna Matthews (Robert) of Imperial Beach, CA, Sarah Robbins of Pittsboro, NC, Sandra Smith of Timberlake, NC, and Lori Jeffreys (Todd) of Macon, NC.
